FAQ
Do I need eSports experience?
No. For management roles, reliability and ownership matter more than being a player. If you have eSports know-how, great — but it's not required.
How do I apply?
Join our Discord and open a management application ticket. If Discord is not an option, you can also contact us via email.
Do I need to become a club member to join management?
Usually not. Most management roles do not require club membership. However, leadership positions such as directors and board roles are reserved for registered club members. If you choose to become a member anyway, you directly support the club's work and long-term stability.
How long is the trial phase?
Usually 2–4 weeks. The goal is to see consistent execution, communication, and a clean handover of tasks.
How much time do I need per week?
Depends on the department and role. Most roles work well with a few hours per week — consistency matters more than volume.
Can I join remotely?
Yes. Management work is coordinated digitally. Discord is our main hub, plus documentation and task tracking.
Is the management work paid?
No. Management work is voluntary.
Which roles are currently needed?
We are currently looking for Competitive Admins on an ongoing basis. People for Marketing and IT are also regularly sought. Which specific tasks and positions are currently open depends on the current needs and internal structure.
Is there an NDA before management onboarding?
Yes. For all management roles, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) must be signed at the latest before access data and internal information are handed over. This protects internal data and tools.
What is the minimum age for management applications?
Yes. New applicants for management positions must generally be of legal age (18 or older) in order to ensure full legal capacity – especially for NDAs.
