RAINBOW SIX SIEGE
TACTICAL TEAMPLAY. CLEAR STRUCTURE. COMPETITIVE AMBITION.
RAINBOW SIX AT UKF
Rainbow Six Siege is the area that built Unknown Forces eSports e.V. and has been the biggest division of the club since its foundation. The roots of UKF are directly tied to Rainbow Six and the title still plays a central role in our competitive identity today.
That also means we do not treat Rainbow Six like just another game section. It is a core area with competitive ambition, structured team environments, and a clear long-term focus on development, discipline, and teamplay.
We have also been highly active in the DeSBL and were able to secure multiple strong results there across PC, Console, and cross-platform competition.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
In Rainbow Six, individual mechanics matter — but they are not enough on their own. Strong communication, role discipline, teamplay, and consistency matter more than ego.
We want rosters that improve over time, not short-term mixes that fall apart after a few bad games. That is why our standards focus not only on skill, but also on reliability, mindset, and fit within the team.
- TEAMPLAY – Communication and coordination over solo ego.
- STRUCTURE – Clear roles, processes, and expectations.
- DEVELOPMENT – Long-term improvement instead of short-term chaos.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Rainbow Six is not a title where five individuals automatically become a team. The game rewards structure, tactical discipline, and clean communication. That is exactly the environment we want to build at UKF.
DESBL & COMPETITIVE RESULTS
Rainbow Six is one of the most active competitive areas within Unknown Forces eSports e.V. A major part of that activity has taken place in the DeSBL, where UKF has already achieved multiple notable placements across PC, Console, and cross-platform competition.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
STRUCTURED PRACTICE
Training is not random grinding. We aim for organized team sessions with clear focus and purpose.
CLEAR COMMUNICATION
We expect direct, respectful communication. Toxicity and unnecessary drama have no place in the roster environment.
TACTICAL ROLE UNDERSTANDING
Rainbow Six requires players who understand that team function matters more than personal highlight plays.
CLUB-BACKED STRUCTURE
UKF offers a real organizational framework behind the teams so competitive work is not left to chance.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM PLAYERS
RELIABILITY
If you commit to a roster, we expect you to show up reliably for practice, match days, and team communication.
COMPETITIVE MINDSET
We are looking for players who want to improve, accept feedback, and work seriously on their weaknesses.
TEAM FIT
Good mechanics alone are not enough. Attitude, communication style, and team fit matter just as much.
LONG-TERM THINKING
We prefer players who want to build something sustainable instead of jumping from one short-term opportunity to the next.
